Meeting pods

Room's EU site lists Room S, Room M and Room L meeting pods; Room L offers space for up to 6 people. A starting price is published for Room S only: from $16,995 before tax. Room states that its meeting pods reduce noise by 31 dB, without naming the test method.

NIC, Rw and ISO 23351-1 are different scales

NIC (Noise Isolation Class) is a North American rating. European booth makers usually quote either Rw, a weighted sound reduction index, or the speech level reduction D_S,A of a complete booth under ISO 23351-1. The numbers are not interchangeable, so 32 dB NIC and 35 dB (Rw) ±3 dB cannot be ranked against each other.

Room's EU product page shows its price in US dollars and does not state shipping terms or delivery times for Europe; its EU shop directs buyers to contact sales. Ask for a delivered price in euros, including import charges if any, and for the service arrangement in your country.
