A QAkustik meeting pod costs from €4,560 for 2 people, €6,640 for 4 people, €8,480 for 6 people and €12,140 for 8 people. These are net starting prices. Standard models are delivered within the EU in 2–4 weeks.
Each pod comes with seating, lighting, ventilation and power. You need floor space, a wall socket and a ceiling higher than 220 cm. No building work is needed.

Which size do I need?
Plan for the group that meets most often, not for the biggest meeting of the year. A pod that is too large for daily use takes space that desks could use.
- Mostly 1:1s, interviews or two people on one call: Q Pod Oslo.
- Stand-ups and client calls with 3 or 4 people: Q Pod Paris.
- Weekly team meetings with a shared screen: Q Pod Amsterdam, with HDMI built in.
- Board meetings and hybrid sessions with up to 8 people: Q Pod New York.
Check the room too. Every model is 220 cm high outside, so measure the lowest point of your ceiling, including lights and sprinkler heads. All sizes are in the dimensions overview.

What the price includes
- The pod with walls, glass door, roof and floor, plus the furniture of the model.
- Sensor-controlled ventilation, LED lighting and power. USB, Ethernet or HDMI depend on the model.
- EN 13501-1 fire class documentation for the materials.
- 3-year warranty on structure and electronics.

What does a 4-person meeting pod cost?
Q Pod Paris for up to 4 people costs from €6,640 net. It measures 130 × 220 × 220 cm and has two facing sofas with a table. Delivery and installation are quoted per city.
How much floor space does a meeting pod need?
From about 2.1 m² for Oslo (2 people) and 2.9 m² for Paris (4 people) up to 5.5 m² for Amsterdam and 6.2 m² for New York. Leave space in front of the door. Exact sizes are on the dimensions page.
How long does delivery take?
Standard models are delivered within the EU in 2–4 weeks. For Amsterdam and New York we confirm the date per project. Panels arrive flat-packed and fit through standard 90 cm doors.
Do I need a permit for a meeting pod?
In most cases a freestanding pod counts as furniture, not as a building. Local rules and your building's fire safety concept still apply. Read our fire safety guide and confirm the position with your fire safety officer.
Is the furniture included?
Oslo comes with two seats and a table, Paris with two sofas and a table, New York with an executive table and seating. For Amsterdam, table and chairs are included or optional, as stated in your quote.
