We build phone booths and meeting pods for offices. Tokyo starts at {price} and takes up about 1.10 m² of floor space. Larger models give you room for longer laptop sessions or meetings. You choose the fabrics and frame colours.

Glass door with a magnetic seal
Tokyo has a laminated acoustic safety-glass door. A magnetic seal closes the gap around the door.
Layers inside the walls
The walls combine felt, MDF and barrier layers. Fabric lining absorbs sound and reduces reverberation inside the booth.
Ventilation with sound-trap channels
Air travels through labyrinth-style channels. The bends limit the direct path for sound through the ventilation openings.

Our own production
We make the booths in Türkiye. You discuss fabrics, furniture and delivery directly with us, including orders for several booths.
Assembled on site
The booth arrives in separate elements for on-site assembly. Disassembly and reassembly can be arranged for an office move after checking the new location and access.
What does “soundproof” mean for an office booth?
The office models shown here have a stated sound insulation of 35 dB (Rw) ±3 dB. Test reports are available on request. This does not mean complete silence: a loud voice may still be audible outside. Speech intelligibility also depends on background noise and placement. If the booth is intended for particularly sensitive conversations, discuss the requirements with us before ordering.

Tokyo measures 105 × 105 × 220 cm externally and weighs 200 kg. Its footprint is about 1.10 m². Allow extra space for the door to open and for ventilation and assembly clearances.
Measure the access route too, including doors, corridors and any lift. Send us a sketch or photos with measurements so we can review access and positioning with you. Keep escape routes clear.

Tell us your delivery postcode, quantity and intended use. Include your preferred date if you have one.
2 · Choose the specification
We agree the model, fabrics, frame colour and furniture. Your quote lists transport and any installation you need.
3 · Arrange delivery
EU delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks. We confirm the date for your agreed specification. We also quote for other destinations across Europe.

Tokyo starts at €2,750, net. Your quote lists the agreed equipment, transport and installation.
Which booth should we choose?
Tokyo is for short calls; Berlin gives you more room for laptop work. Oslo accommodates one or two people, and Paris up to four.
Can I choose fabrics and colours?
Yes. Choose the exterior fabric, interior fabric and frame colour in the Tokyo configurator. We confirm availability in your quote.
Where are the booths made?
We manufacture in Türkiye and sell directly to businesses. You agree the fabrics, specification and delivery with us.
Are delivery and installation included?
Transport and installation are quoted separately for your address. You can see the agreed services and costs before ordering.
Can the booth move with us?
Disassembly and reassembly can be planned. We review the new location, access and transport with you first.
