Phone booths for public offices, agencies and consulates

Citizens and staff often discuss personal matters in open service areas. A pod adds a private room for calls, short appointments and video interviews without a building project or a long approval process.

  • Privacy for personal matters in open service areas
  • Glass doors keep the space visible and safe
  • Fire class documentation for your safety officer

Where a pod helps in public buildings

Authorities and consulates typically ask us about these four situations.

1

Personal matters at the counter

The situation

People explain health, family or financial details at an open counter while others wait nearby.

How a pod helps

A two-person pod near the service area offers a closed space for these talks. Speech inside is strongly reduced outside: 35 dB (Rw) ±3 dB, test reports available.

2

Video appointments and interpreters

The situation

More appointments run by video or with a remote interpreter, and open offices are too loud for that.

How a pod helps

A one-person or two-person pod with a work surface and power gives a quiet spot for video calls.

3

Shared offices for staff

The situation

Case workers share rooms and take sensitive calls at their desk.

How a pod helps

A booth on each floor gives staff a door to close for confidential calls.

4

Public buildings and fire safety

The situation

Changes to public buildings need approvals, and any furniture is checked for fire safety.

How a pod helps

Pods usually count as movable furniture. Material classes under EN 13501-1 ship with every unit, see our fire safety guide.

Frequently asked questions

Can public bodies order directly from you?

Yes. We send a written quote with net prices, delivery and installation listed separately. If you run a tender, send us the documents and we check what we can offer.

Does a pod count as a building change?

Usually not. Pods stand on their own, are not fixed to the building and plug into a normal socket. Local rules apply, so agree the position with your fire safety officer.

Is the pod accessible for wheelchair users?

Tell us about this before you order. We go through door width, floor level and inside space per model with you.

Planning private spaces for a public office?

Company, city and email are enough. We reply within one business day.
